Maven supported a US Government–led military conference event requiring 20 interpreters and extensive logistical coordination, with the venue located approximately three hours from Bangkok.

The project was delivered in collaboration with a US-based language services partner, mirroring cooperation from earlier CHOD in Brunei. Successful delivery reinforced Maven’s reputation for continuity, reliability, and trusted performance in government and military interpretation assignments.Coordinated a 22-interpreter team sourced from Europe and Asia for a defense conference held in a remote location, managing travel, accommodation, and on-site logistics under tight timelines and changing operational requirements.

The venue sat approximately three hours outside Bangkok, which added significant logistical complexity for interpreter transport, equipment positioning, and on-site coordination. The interpreters team was assembled and brought from Europe & Asia, with seamless alignment required between Maven and the US-based language services partner to meet the security, continuity, and quality standards expected of a US military training programme.

The CHOD Conference successfully facilitated discussions among high-ranking defense
officials without language barriers. The combination of carefully selected conference interpreters, reliable equipment & qualified
technical support team ensured a seamless multilingual event. The collaboration between Maven International and the US-based
language service provider demonstrated the power of efficient planning and execution in high-stakes government events.
