The project
Ipsos required long-term interpretation support for a nationwide research initiative covering multiple states in both East and West Malaysia. The project involved fieldwork across diverse regions and required interpreters in 8 different languages, deployed across multiple locations simultaneously.

The primary challenge was logistics and coordination ensuring interpreter availability across states, managing schedules,
and maintaining consistency throughout the study.

The outcome
Maven delivered three months of continuous interpretation coverage across East and West Malaysia, with 25 interpreters across 8 languages deployed to multiple field sites without service gaps. A managed multi-interpreter model, consistent quality control, and centralised scheduling gave Ipsos uninterrupted fieldwork capacity and a single point of accountability for the duration of the study.
