On-site CI for DHL employee interviews across Malaysia, requiring pre-vetted interpreters for compliance.
The challenge
DHL required interpreters to be pre-screened before engagement, with only pre-approved linguists allowed to participate. The factory visit settings involved high noise levels and industrial conditions, requiring adaptation from interpreters.
The outcome
Pre-screened interpreters met DHL’s expectations, leading to a successful engagement. The client re-hired interpreters for future sessions.
